The upper garden and the villa are separated by a long courtyard that remains consistently shaded and cool.
In the courtyard, you will find access to the right wing of the apartments, the billiards room, and the cellars.
The large green English door actually opens to another world below: stepping through it leads you to the private bar, “il Greenlight”, where parties can continue after 11:00 PM,
as well as access to guest restrooms and, finally, the catering kitchens.

At the end of the stone corridor are the kitchens, designed as a prep area for external caterers.
Direct unloading access from the street allows our collaborators and staff to operate without disrupting the upper gardens during the event.
Retracing our steps and stepping back out through the large green door, we continue along the inner courtyard to reach the outdoor area: in an instant, you arrive at the vaulted walkway that borders and overlooks the entire side of the lower garden. In summer, a stone wall overflowing with caper plants offers a stunning backdrop for peaceful strolls and relaxing moments with a sunset view.

The villa is exceptionally well suited for group holidays, accommodating up to 40 guests on an exclusive basis.
But it can also be rented as separate wings. In both options, there are designated cozy nooks for dining together, as well as areas fully equipped with barbecues.

Each apartment features a private, fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to independently prepare lunch and dinner, or rely on nearby restaurants for home-delivered meals.

Another flight of stairs leads down to the lower garden, which houses the swimming pool.
The pool consists of two basins with different depths: a spacious 12 by 6 meter pool with a depth of 140 cm, and a 60 cm deep relaxation zone featuring hydromassage jets and built-in seating.

The garden surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
The area is fenced and has designated access hours for holiday rentals.

The cottage at the end of the pool is a charming little tavern with an entry lounge, a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It serves as a perfect base for summer pool parties, or as a cozy space for winter dinners for up to 10–12 people.

Heading back up through the garden, you can admire a beautifully restored old washhouse, originally used by the ladies of the villa to do their laundry.
